Other Uses For Recycled Sweather (Socks & Others)
Ever wonder what to do with your old worn out sweathers. Well you can make a few things from them & here are a few ideas. Cut the arms off if they have not worn out. Now cut a piece of the sweather off at the bottom. Sew a hem at the bottom of that sweather. Now sew up the sides of the sweather where your arms use to be.Now take that piece of strip you cut from the bottom of the sweather and sew the side and turn that inside out and add that and sew inside of the purse. Now if the sweather has not worn out and you have some left over material you can use for the lineing. You have a purse.
Now for the arms cut both of them in half keeping the knitted edge for the top. Now take that and turn it inside out and sew the bottom. Now at the top of the knitted edge you can add some elastic. You now have some socks.
The last piece of the arm..turn inside out and fold edge and sew and add elastic if need at the top inside. Now the kind of gloves you see with no finger ends, well put your hand up inside and hand bast between your fingers. Now remove your hand out and sew where you had basted it. After that turn it inside out again and now put your hand in where your finger stick out and you now have the fingerless gloves.
